Testimonials

"My husband and I made the decision to enroll our oldest son when he was in second grade. Our youngest son has only known HCA attending since kindergarten. It is by far the best and unmistakable decision we made for our boys' education. Both of our boys experience learning challenges faced with Asperger's and ADHD. When we toured  HCA, we were very upfront about our oldest having Asperger's and since then our youngest has been diagnosed with ADHD along with needing speech therapy. When we toured HCA for the first time, we were upfront about our son having Aserger's and the director lovingly said that the school tries to accommodate all God's children. The school's response to our needs and concerns for our son was without a doubt a welcomed relief. The school consistently responded and provided for the needs of my boys working on the principals of Christianity including team work and the philosophy that  "it takes a village." Every challenge has been faced lovingly and constructively. The school is resourceful and offers comparable activities to the public school. Most importantly, every morning the day starts with devotion and prayer. On Friday, the school participates in chapel time. To know that my children are hearing God's word and message every day is irreplaceable and something public school just cannot offer. My boys' education has grown measurably not just academically, but emotionally and behaviorally. Heritage Christian Academy has been a true gift from God  to our family and we are grateful to be able to send our boys there!" (Parents of a third and sixth grader)

"We originally found Heritage Christian Academy when we were looking for a safe place for our eldest to go for first grade. He has severe food allergies so we wanted a small environment- what we found was so much more. Heritage Christian is a gem. The school combines academic  rigor, a safe environment, and Christian foundation tha has proved invaluable for our three sons. The teachers challenge the students, know them by name and encourage growth- both academically and spiritually. In a world of overcrowed classrooms and high-stakes testing, HCA offers school "how it used to be," as I hear many satisfied parents say. Elementary school is such a special time and we are so blessed to have our three boys learing and growing at HCA."  (Parents to Charlie, Holden and Matthew

"This is our daughter's fifth year at HCA ( she started as a kindergartener) and it's been a great fit for her. We love that she is getting an academically appropriate education in a small class from a Christian worldview. The Biblical truths that we are teaching her at home and at church are being reinforced at school, and for that we are thankful. The teachers are wonderful and the environment a caring one with high expectations. We are so glad we found HCA! "( Diane Metheny)

"I have 2 children that have been students at Heritage Christian Academy. Both children have graduated from the preschool program. My daughter is currently in 7th grade at HCA. The programs here are so loving and Christ centered. My daughter's growth both educationally and in her Christianity has been amazing.I am so grateful for HCA." ( Karen Schricker)

"Our son started HCA as a preschool student. We had such an excellent experience with the teachers and staff- they care so much about the development of each child. We saw a huge change in our son's learning development, emotional development and behavioral development during the preschool year. We loved it so much we enrolled him in kindergarten for the 2013/2014 school year. We have been thrilled with the progress that Hayden has made and his teacher is so caring and supportive. We love the open communication we have with not only the teacher, but with other faculty members as well. Hayden loves learning and going to school every day- we're very thankful for everything HCA has done for Hayden and our family and we'll contine his education at HCA in the coming years."
